Florida Voices for Animals, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, advocates for animals, promotes cruelty-free living, and sponsors major veg-oriented events such as Tampa Bay Veg Fest (held each October) and ThanksVegan, a huge Thanksgiving gathering. Its Animal Advocacy Meetup (www.meetup.com/AnimalAdvocacyofTampaBay) brings together FVA members and others in the area for veg social events, a vegan playgroup, volunteering to help animals, and more.
