Going Green Tampa

The Auro Community Gardens is a non-profit LLC located on Broad St. (US 41) just south of Brooksville in Hernando County. We use the VertiGro hydroponics system and organic row gardening as our choice of growing food. The purpose of ACG is to build and reconnect the "local" community back to its natural resources. We grow local fresh food for our members, sell some produce to fund garden operations, and distribute excess produce to those in need in the greater community. We invite all the greater Hernando county community to stop by and become part of our "Community of Growers" and see how you can participate in your own food security.
