Going Green Tampa

A Simpler Place in Time began out of a desire to educate our community on the benefits of eating better and more responsibly. From this desire stemmed the idea that we return to what had been normal practice not too very long ago. A return to a time when we raised animals in their natural environments; we grew produce locally and organically and ate what was available in season. Locally and sustainably grown foods retain more nutrients and are grown without the use of harmful chemicals. The food is better for you and your support for local farmers is better for our community. We realize that providing this information is only the first step of the education process. Being able to conveniently apply this information in our daily lives is just as important. We feel the best way to do this is bring the food to you. We have created relationships with sustainable and certified organic farmers in our local area. Every week we make their produce available to you. We are so grateful to them for welcoming us into their community and we are proud to supply you with their goods. While it is our primary mission to make local organics widely available we recognize not all types of produce are available locally. As such we will also provide organics sourced from beyond our community to add to the selection we are able to bring to our customers.
